Under the supervision of the Manager of Training and Development, the Trainer will provide training and support to all SRVS staff in an effort to ensure Agency compliance with all internal and external training requirements. The trainer will also obtain and maintain teaching certification on all DMRS required and Agency implemented courses as deemed necessary by Department Management; e.g. American Red Cross CPR and First Aid. Duties will also include assisting the department manager as needed with scheduling, data entry and filing. Applicant must be available to accommodate a flexible work schedule.


Requirements: Associate's degree preferred. Applicants with a combination of education and commensurate work experience may also be considered. Two years training experience is also preferred. Applicant must have excellent computer skills along with exceptional organizational, presentation, and class management skills.
