WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) / CAREGIVER

Our Direct Support Professionals / Caregivers are the lifeblood for our company. Much of your day is spent working with people who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in order to help them to live the independent lives they dream of! Your individualized support and guidance allows our participants to thrive as you model appropriate social and behavior skills while helping them perform daily living tasks including showering, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and driving.

Your clients rely on you to help teach and mentor them as they seek to learn and achieve new goals and skills. When appropriate, you report any health or safety concerns, and are diligent to keep all documentation current. At the end of the day, you enjoy the role in others' lives you get to play, and you make it your mission to help your clients achieve the lives they dream! • Pass a level II background check
• High school diploma
• CPR certified, first aid certified, or able to become certified within 60 days of employment
