We recruit top talent and are currently seeking a full-time Survey CAD Technician to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee.
Starting Pay $27-$32/hr.
Your responsibility will be to work with professional staff engaged in various duties including processing field data, troubleshooting field data, performing deed and utility research, running traverse closures, reducing level notes, finalize survey drawings, and performing limited work with field crews. The position requires good basic math skills related to surveying, good verbal and written communication skills and the motivation to follow instructions completely and accurately.
- 5-7 years' experience working in land surveying;
- AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson Survey software experience required;
- Carlson Survey software preferred;
- Tennessee residency preferred;
- Requires good verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work extended hours, including Saturdays on a limited basis.
- Must be familiar with the basic types of land surveying and terminology.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
