We recruit top talent and are currently seeking a responsible individual with a strong work ethic to support our Environmental Business Unit in our Tampa, Florida location.

This is a laborer position. Work will consist of constructing and installing erosion control fencing around power poles and bore pits year-round in varied weather conditions. Work is physically demanding, especially during the heat of summer. This is a full-time position that pays $17.50-$18.00 per hour based on experience. The successful candidate is able to follow instructions from field supervisors and will be expected to work with minimal direction after completing the training period. Travel outside of Tampa will be required.


  • High school diploma/GED required;
  • 0-2 years of related experience preferred;
  • Able to lift 40 to 50 lbs.;
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions;
  • Willing and able to work out-of-town 3 to 4 nights per week most weeks of the year.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Successful candidate must meet requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy and Reference check program.
