Showalter Roofing Service located in the Naperville, IL area, is currently hiring a full-time Construction Service Manager to oversee the work of the service department in a safe, productive, and profitable manner. This full-time department manager position earns a competitive salary of $65k - $80k, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Construction Service Manager, you supervise, coordinate, and ensure the profitability of the service department. Also, you report updates to the Operations Manager and attend meetings together to coordinate resources. In a timely manner, you review paperwork, submit reports, and coordinate communications between the office and job sites.

Alongside hiring new employees, you conduct ongoing training and enforce company and OSHA safety standards. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you develop and maintain great relationships with key customers while keeping them updated. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated when faced with a challenge!
