SGI Global is seeking an On Site Lead Instructor for a Deployment Qualification Course. The Lead Instructor will provide course development, instruction, and mentorship in all skills required for deployment overseas, to include operations security, living conditions and environmental dangers, military operations and communication, use of force, and other topics as determined by responsible authorities.

**This position is contingent upon contract award**


  • Provide day-to-day management and supervision of contract support operations potentially involving multiple tasks, large groups of personnel, and multiple locations.
  • Act as the conduit with the government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Monitor and address any financial issues that would affect the continued performance of the contract, seek and hire qualified employees to fill all positions, supervise employees to ensure contract performance and compliance, and ensure a safe and fair work environment.
  • Bring performance issues to the attention of the employee when required.
  • Shall bring any uncorrected or uncorrectable performance issues to their chain of command to ensure compliance with assigned tasks.
  • Ensure personnel provided under this contract are clearly aware of the communications chain for all issues; including those related to work hours, leave, and or any other personnel issues.
  • Act as an Instructor.


  • 15 years of military experience with multiple deployments to combat zones and/or hostile areas of responsibility (AORs).
  • Have an instructor certification.
  • Instructional systems design training is highly desired.
  • Experience (10 years preferred) teaching Tactical Combat Casualty Care, or civilian equivalent, and must have familiarity with the other topics taught in DDQC.
  • Shall be required to lift up to 50 pounds, wear body armor, and perform basic tactical movement.
  • Must have a TS/SCI Security Clearance
