Schuyler Hospital is looking for a Part Time Night Shift Nursing Assistant or CNA for our Med Surg Department. This candidate will perform various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with the established methods and procedures under the direction of a Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, RNs and LPNs on duty. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.

Position Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of CNA training preferred but not required
• Will successfully complete unit specific orientation skills list.
• Will successfully complete required credentialing.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good physical and mental health, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and relate to residents
