Sayres is seeking a Program Manager with Secret Clearance to Lead project team in support of NSWC PD (Philadelphia) Engineering Department in Philadelphia PA.
- Contractor support focus on technical requirements and planning, schedule, cost, resourcing and risk management support for all life cycle phases of integrated Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) ship and ship systems including design, modification, alteration, installation, modernization and testing.
Candidate shall have program/project management experience and expert level aptitude with Integrated Master Schedules as described below.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in any Engineering or business management discipline OR Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute
- Target Experience: Ten (10) years of professional experience in US Navy Program/Project Management of ship design, outfitting, installation and testing of US Navy ship and ship systems and ship machinery integration programs.
- The individual shall have five (5) years' experience in the development, and modification of detailed integrated master schedules utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 integrated master schedule functionality, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio particularly as it relates to identification and management of schedules.
- Secret clearance
