The Room Service Associate strives to provide the highest level of patient satisfaction regarding Culinary and Nutrition services.

This includes:

  • Accurately assembling meal trays for our patients based on incoming tickets
  • Delivering and retrieving meal trays in a courteous, respectful manner within the designated time frame
  • Tracking meal tray progress in CBORD Foodservice Suite on portable tablet
  • Responding to patient needs with a sense of urgency
  • Referring patients requests and opportunities for improvement to the supervisor or dietician as appropriate

 Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service/customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written instructions with extreme accuracy
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
