Provides excellent service to in room dining guests.
Responsibilities include courteously and accurately taking guests in room dining orders, communicating guest selections to the Saddlebrook culinary team, transporting F&B in a timely manner to the guests on our campus style property, delivering items to guests in a professional manner based on their specifications and retrieving china/silver from the guest room at the conclusion of their meal.
Excellent communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up and down stairs, and strong guest service experience are required. Food and beverage experience a plus! Candidate must be available to work weekends and a flexible schedule, full-time and part-time available, room service hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (18) and possess a valid drivers license.
