To assist all guests with the check in/out process in an efficient and professional manner.
This is a Full-Time position
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel in addition to posting charges to guest rooms and verifying credit cards. The Agent also acts as a liaison for all other departments within the resort to assist in distributing accurate information to guests in addition to rectifying any questions or concerns. Shifts may fall anywhere between 7 a.m. through 11 p.m. Must be flexible, as shifts may vary. Must have weekend availability.
Excellent verbal and communication skills are required. Candidate must be able to multi-task and have computer knowledge. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of ResortSuite system preferred.
