Rolling Plains Management Corporation is now accepting applications for a full time Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance of the programs' facilities, equipment, and vehicles, covering the Central office in Crowell, Texas and all RPMC Head Start child care facilities across 13 counties in North Texas.

Applicants must have a GED or high school diploma with computer skills including Microsoft office, outlook. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC preferred. The candidate must have the ability to work both independently with good time management skills and flexibility. Must be able to work in a team environment with good interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management, both orally and in writing. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and possess reliable work habits. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement of purchases. Must be able to balance a variety of duties, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, however, responsibilities will require the ability to take calls beyond work hours should the need arise. Travel will be required. Company vehicle will be provided.
