Sr Network Engineer

Position Description: RingØ Technologies ("Ring Zero") is hiring a motivated Network Engineer to work with a dynamic development team and in support to a complex and challenging virtual machine testing infrastructure environment in support of a large CNO R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of networking in support of a large virtual machine test environment used by multiple customers
• Establishing and maintaining IT and digital communication infrastructure
• Ensure reliability of Network File System within a complex Virtual Machine environment
• Assume responsibility for maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of networking equipment
• Promptly handle configuration, software, and hardware requirements generated by customers

Required Work Experience:

• 10+ years' experience in Network Administration/Engineering
• 7+ years' experience with networking protocols including, but not limited to TCP, IP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS
• Experienced working with routers, switches, gateways etc.
• Experience working with virtualized networked environments, such as VMWare and HyperV
• Ability to identify technical issues and to research and develop solutions in a timely manner with minimal to no oversight

Preferred Work Experience:

• Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE Certification
• Experience working on Cloud-Edge connectivity solutions and experience with Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
