Job Description: Foreman

Recycle NOW is a professional doorstep and trash recycling company that exists to serve apartment communities. The role of the foreman is to assist the local supervisor by covering properties for team members that call out and performing the nightly doorstep trash pickup at apartment communities in DFW. The foreman will also be expected to perform walkthroughs of properties that may be experiencing service issues to ensure quality control and to perform courtesy check in's with onsite team members to ensure service excellence.

The schedule is Sunday thru Thursday schedule starting at 8 pm each night and going to 12 am most nights.

Pay $18/hour and $20/hour

We are looking for team members that are hard working, willing to go above and beyond to serve our customers, and have an enthusiastic can do attitude!

Pay: Bi-monthly via direct deposit or check $18/hour and $20/hour with personal pickup truck

Job Location: 7001 Sandshell Blvd

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Picking up all items left out for collection on property

- Using a personal smartphone with data plan

- Documenting all resident non-compliances via photo

- Sweeping the compactor/dumpster area clean each night and breaking down all boxes

- Running the compactor and making sure all trash chutes are empty upon departure

- Wearing the provided uniform

- Working outdoors in changing weather conditions, climbing stairs with heavy collection bag (up to fifty pounds), and operating onsite compactor

- Ability to drive to work other properties as needed to cover other employees (drive time included)

- Other duties and property coverage as assigned pertaining to nightly collection. [
