Assistant Office Manager

Echo Canyon and Royal Gorge Cabins is accepting applications and resumes for an Assistant Office Manager - a full time, year-around, salaried position paying 24-28K per year. A customer service / tourism background is preferred. Applicants must be comfortable working in a team environment, have excellent computer and communication skills, be adept at multi-tasking, organized, punctual and with reliable transportation, and must be comfortable making decisions based on training experience.

Incentives include:

  • Annual salary of 24K to 28K with paydays twice monthly
  • Paid time off of 8+ weeks per year October - December

Responsibilities include:

  • Reliable and available to work daily schedules that will change with the seasons
  • Available to work evenings and / or weekends
  • Confident, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
  • Working with guests by phone to plan and reserve their rafting and lodging reservations
  • Training new office staff
  • Retail store inventory and sales
  • Guest check-ins for rafting and lodging
