This is a guest service, phone sales position requiring articulate and reliable individuals with computer skills and outgoing personalities. Competitive wage with opportunities for growth!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Answer phones taking messages and making reservations for lodging and activities
- Computer skills beyond basic typing and internet searches
- Multi-tasking phone and computer skills often taking multiple calls at one time.
- Data entry and lead processing.
- Light organization and filing duties.
- Light cleaning of office facilities.
- Retail tagging, stocking, and sales.
- Guest checkins for activities and lodging.
