What We Need

The Sales Development Rep is a key member of our Sales team, responsible for identifying, developing, and creating revenue opportunities with Radix prospective clients. The SDR will be educating prospects on how Radix can help their operations and explore how prospects currently use data. SDRs have an important job; they are the first impression of Radix in many cases and will be generating qualified leads and booking meetings for other Sales team members to conduct. You will have access to our resources, including Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Power BI, and the Radix Platform. Our team is growing rapidly, and we offer the chance for a motivated individual to build their career quickly, with a fast path to Account Executive upon mastering the SDR functions and understanding the value propositions of Radix

Your Core Competencies

Strong work ethic, curiosity and desire to learn, startup DNA, ability to use our data and processes to drive meetings, strong communication skills

What You Will Do

  • Generate net new sales leads and pipeline from a defined target list for the other Sales team members

  • Engage with senior-level property management, revenue management, and asset management personas with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up

  • Use established sales cadences and process with new prospective property operations contacts

  • Work through a defined list of targets to create interest in Radix using data from the prospect's properties, while using existing network to complement your efforts

  • Qualify targets to ensure they are a good fit to move forward in the demo process

  • Conduct great discovery to uncover and identify pain in prospects' day regarding comp data, pricing challenges, and all-around how their properties compete in their markets

  • Contribute feedback to Sales Leadership and Radix Executive teams, when necessary
