What We Need
The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, developing and creating revenue opportunities with Radix prospective clients. Targeting professionals in the multifamily industry, you will apply a strategic selling approach to new customers and drive incremental revenue by following the Sales Playbook. In this role, you will be selling a first-mover technology that has referenceable customers, proven product/market fit and solutions backed with clear ROI metrics. The ideal candidate will help us champion world-class service to our clients.
What You Will Do
- Own the sales cycle utilizing Radix's proven sales process - from prospecting to discovery to customer agreement to customer advocacy
- Engage with senior-level property management, revenue management, and asset management personas with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up
- Work through a defined list of targets to create interest in Radix using data from the prospect's properties, while using existing network to complement your efforts
- Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources, including SDRs, Client Success, Support, and other team members
Qualifications to Have
- Proven sales record of selling software to data buyers
- 2+ years managing and upselling solutions to data-buying personas
- An ability to gasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement
- Excellent communication skills from discovery to business value alignment to creating happy, successful customers
- Ability to work independently and utilize Radix resources in a fast-paced, rapid-change environment
- Competency in forecasting and maintaining healthy pipeline creation and movement
