What We Need

The Vice President (VP) of Marketing is a vital member of the Leadership Team and will continue working to develop the brand as an industry and thought leader, spreading brand and product awareness in key forums. This role will oversee all marketing and demand generation as their primary responsibility. They are responsible for the development, sell-through, and performance of all lead generation programs, including content, event marketing, strategy, creative development, ABM, sales intent, and MarTech tools.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and effectively communicate & present results and insights at the highest executive levels
  • Successful development & execution of the global growth and demand strategy, including deeper levels of automation, visibility, and insights into customer engagement, driving incremental increases to conversion rates throughout the lead funnel
  • Create an engine for attribution and audience/persona insights to add new customers and optimize the impact of spend
  • Drive Revenue Impact: Partner across the organization to deliver incremental gains in Marketing Sourced Pipeline and Marketing Sourced Bookings from digital investments in Paid Media, digital events, digital nurture, SEO, and social media
  • Partner with Sales to forecast and meet/exceed aggressive quarterly sales targets, generating high-quality conversions that yield long-lasting customer relationships
  • Oversee all creative, including value propositions, messaging, and visual concepts used on our website and in email, social, and ad campaigns
  • Identify industry events and industry publications for brand awareness and lead gen opportunities, allocate spending and deploy resources accordingly
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
  • Create ad campaigns that tap into new market segments and optimize existing campaigns to accelerate momentum
  • Implement automation flows to nurture leads down the funnel and manage sales CRM to support look-alike and ABM campaigns
  • Oversee all content and technical SEO, delivering solid gains in organic search growth
  • Responsible for product awareness to prospects and clients, including go-to-market strategy for new features and product announcements
  • Engage cost-effective PR channels to begin establishing Radix as a recognized leader in our space
  • Promote an environment of metrics-driven improvement across marketing campaigns, costs, and results
  • Responsible for attracting, growing, and retaining top talent as the department continues to grow

Key Qualifications to Have

  • Deep acumen in industry best practices, competitive benchmarks, and innovative demand gen strategies in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Lead capture, nurture, and conversion across the entire lead funnel (MLs, MQLs, TAL, TQLs, SALs, and SQL)
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • 10+ years' experience in digital demand gen, marketing ops, and web experience
  • Recognized leader for driving excellent financial results while building a trusting and positive work environment
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills
  • Strong ability to analyze data, extract insights, and develop strategy based on digital signals
  • A natural curiosity for innovation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to create new processes and formats as needed
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
