R2C is seeking a Manager/Operations Manager to serve in the Jacksonville, Florida / Norfolk, Virginia area.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as the contract manager.
Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with government customer, employees, and the company.
Manage acquisition and employment of program resources.
Ensures his/her employees use procedures that comply with the ISO 9001, AS 9100, and ISO 14001 quality, aerospace, and environmental standards in performance of its duties under this contract.

Requires the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in military aircraft maintenance organizations.
Experienced in all aspects of safety, documentation, HAZMAT, training/licenses/certifications, scheduling, production control and management.
Minimum of eight years of experience in the field of military aviation maintenance management.
Experienced in supervising, hiring, firing, training, planning, scheduling, controlling projects and managing personnel.
Knowledge of industrial operations and processes inherent to aircraft and component overhaul, repair and/or manufacturing at a depot maintenance level.
