PRIMARY FUNCTION: Loan servicing, vehicle title management, maintenance and tracking of consumer loan portfolio. Provide members with timely and accurate information/resolutions to their loan inquiries.

DUTIES:

  1. Perform maintenance of consumer loans. Provide research and develop resolutions for members. Enter data on various systems.
  2. Title document management- perfect and release appropriate forms, maintain information in member's records and in different systems
  3. Answer phones, and return calls in timely manner.
  4. Loan document tracking and filing, which may include scanning document/records.
  5. Functions include, but are not limited to answering consumer lending phone calls, title management, visa balance transfers, document tracking, monitor/track incoming faxes, opening/delivering/tracking incoming lending US mail, and other file maintenance as needed.
  6. Contribute to the departmental team and corporate goals.
  7. Prepare and maintain various reports.
  8. Meet service standards in providing exceptional service to our members
  9. Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  2. Must be able to use computer keyboard and mouse.
  3. Must be able to view computer monitor.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Ability to work within a fast-paced, demanding setting.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently by phone.
  4. Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy, excellence and meeting strict guidelines.
  5. Ability to organize and prioritize assignments, managing and performing multiple tasks.
  6. Solid analytical, numeric and computer skills necessary.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  8. Possess a positive, cooperative attitude with a regard for providing high quality member service.
