PRC Management Co., LLC., is seeking an experienced Property Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple communities.
- Build strong relationships with Board and Community members.
- Investigate and resolve owner complaints, disturbances, and violations.
- Maintain professional resident communications regarding concerns and service requests.
- Enforce association rules, inspect community for repairs required; complete repairs.
- Plan renovations, contract with landscaping and other vendor services, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Maintain building systems, prepare vendor contracts; supervise vendor repairs.
- Analyze financial statements to guide Association in future projects and cash flow.
- Forecast and determine problem areas and provide guidance for Board Members.
- Assist in preparing annual budget and review of reserve studies.
- Attend periodic association/board meetings after business hours, generate meeting agenda and minutes.
Education/Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of apartment or condominium property management experience.
- High school diploma; required.
- College degree; preferred.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Suite
- QuickBooks and Buildium software a plus
- Proven excellence in time management, and problem-solving.
- Detailed oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and managerial skills.
