Team PeopleTec is currently seeking multiple Advanced Program Analysts to support our efforts on MDA's TEAMS NEXT contract.
- Capable of leading and executing analytical tasks and utilizing analytical techniques and processes to support complex developmental and operational test programs.
- Capable of leading and executing planning, monitoring, acquisition, and implementation support for complex systems.
- Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in the analysis field.
- Capable of leading the development and utilization of analytic techniques and processes for both technical and administrative support activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing.
- Possess exceptional technical writing and Government reporting/documentation skills (e.g., Congressional/GAO Test inquiries).
- Ability to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems including test planning, integration, execution, and analysis.
- Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- At minimum, an active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to possess and maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
- MA/MS and 10+ years of relevant experience. A BA/BS with 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement.
- Experience with DoD test processes and/or test execution is desired.
