YOUR LIFE AS A LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / HARDSCAPE MANAGER
In this landscape management position, you play a vital role in our business operations. You run a company within the company as you oversee paving stone sales and installation. Corresponding directly with clients, you upsell products and services, answer questions, and schedule appointments. You manage a sales team, providing your sales and customer service expertise as needed. When sales are made, you supervise an installation crew, ensuring that the project is completed with quality, within budget, and on time.
Additionally, you manage the production of our products as well as the marketing of our stone paving services. You brainstorm ad pitches and coordinate with our marketing team to grow our clientele. As profits are made, you keep records and manage profit-sharing among your team. You get great satisfaction from managing your own team and love using your leadership skills to help our company to succeed!
