In this administrative position, you are the face of our company! You get to provide customers with a top-notch experience by acting with professionalism, kindness, and sincerity. One of the ways you offer exceptional customer service is by making a point to show each person that you know them by name and are aware of their needs. Whether you are communicating over the phone or in person, you help everyone to feel special. When it comes to emails, faxes, and voicemails, you make sure to get detailed information and notify the correct personnel so that responses can be prompt and accurate.

Some of your other usual admin duties include ordering office supplies, mailing packages, maintaining equipment, distributing company forms, and keeping everything stocked. You also help with onboarding new hires by setting up their workstations and showing them the ropes. To maximize office efficiency, you keep the kitchen and other public spaces clean and organized. Overall, you love helping others and contributing to our success in an important way!
