Pacific Outdoor Living is currently hiring for a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team in the Sun Valley, California area and work with customers to answer questions about the benefits of our services for their landscaping needs. This full-time customer service position earns a competitive pay of up to $15-$18/hour.

In addition to competitive pay and our positive company culture, we offer our Call Center Representatives the following bonuses after a provisional period:

DAY-TO-DAY

Our Call Center Representative plays an essential role in our company as you work with current and prospective clients. Your daily tasks include providing top-notch customer service while sharing the exceptional landscaping services we provide and setting appointments for our sales reps. Once you've passed the baton, our sales representatives can then guide customers toward purchasing decisions that best suit their needs. You also complete data entry by entering information into our customer relations management software (CRM). You are dedicated to keeping our records accurate and up to date. Further, you help maintain positive relationships with previous customers and respond to inquiries to keep them current about our offerings. At the end of the day, we rely on your organizational and customer service skills to help ensure our customers are happy and our company is continually growing!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience being a call center agent or similar retail experience
  • Comfortable being on the phone 8 hours a day as well as make some cold calls
  • Able to type 40+ WPM
  • Foundational computer and data entry skills
  • 2 years of CSR experience is a plus
