That's where you come in! As a Full-stack Digital Marketer, you'll spend your days creating unique and highly-optimized campaigns to sell digital products that directly help church leaders.

You have knowledge and experience in all aspects of marketing, from social media and video to user experience and content. You are able to work within any layer of the marketing "stack" and you're motivated by the strategy behind it all.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Building integrated marketing funnels within our current tech stack (Various Paid Ad Channels, Unbounce, Maropost Marketing Platform, Stripe, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to increase subscription revenue
  • Working with a small team (5) to map out comprehensive marketing campaigns
  • Writing compelling copy for display ads, landing pages, and emails
  • Designing quality ad creatives that incorporate product branding and messaging
  • Creating beautiful landing pages by developing the look/feel, writing the content, and building out the interfaces. You'll publish pages that are optimized to generate leads & payments.
  • Engineering complex email funnels that deliver sales. You'll map out dynamic responses to segmented audiences and wire everything together in our marketing automation software.
  • Optimizing through A/B testing on (nearly) everything you publish to maximize conversion
  • Reporting relevant campaign data in a way that drives better/new behaviors

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participating in morning stand ups (15 min daily) to connect with the team and communicate tasks
  • Participating in afternoon show and tells (20 min daily) to connect with the team and share accomplishments
  • Participating in 1-on-1 progress update meetings (1 hour weekly)
  • Participating in marketing team meetings (1 hour weekly) to discuss what's working and determine new direction
  • Participating in various video meetings per project throughout the day, as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The role can be FULLY REMOTE within the USA!
  • The role is permanent, full time. We're open to varying levels of experience.
  • The Outreach office is located in Colorado Springs, CO, but you can be elsewhere, as long as there are at least 6 hours cross over with Mountain Standard Time, between 8 AM and 5 PM local time.
  • You must have strong copywriting, creative design, and analytical skills
  • You are proficient in G Suite by Google (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
  • You're a team player, you can interact well in person and communicate efficiently via direct message apps
  • You've worked extensively with more than one email marketing application (ex: Mailchimp, Aweber, Marketo, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign)
  • You've built landing pages with more than one application (ex: HTML by hand, Wordpress, Unbounce, LeadPages, Hubspot, GetResponse)
  • You can demonstrate a small portfolio of ad creative and copywriting examples

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years experience marketing a product catalog over 1MM
  • 3+ years experience writing marketing copy
  • 3+ years experience creating landing pages
  • 3+ years experience engineering email marketing campaigns
