Who we are, OI Infusion Services: OI partners with specialist providers to open and operate infusion centers, grow their practices, lower costs, and deliver better patient outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role as a Regional Clinical Manager for the east and west coast.

Key Responsibilities

· Manages a remote team of nurses across multiple sites through coaching, training, and development.

· Efficiently and effectively plans and executes the company wide nursing program that follows all the pertaining legal procedures, nursing laws, and standards of nursing care.

· Conduct quarterly site visits and audits to support the highest level of clinical excellence.

· Makes recommendations regarding staffing requirements to meet current and projected census to achieve maximum profitability and safe working environments

· Resolves conflicts or escalates issues between the site of care and Director of Clinical Operations.

· Provides ongoing training and support for the locations of care.

· Willing to support the site startup process and provide clinical care (including infusing patients) when needed.

· Besides supervising the staff, the Clinical Operations Manager must perform certain administrative duties including creating and maintaining medical records, entering patient data, census development, and direct patient contact.

· Is responsible for recruitment, interviews, training and orientation, development, and retention of the nursing staff.

· Will be available for emergency coverage/staffing for long term call outs, vacations, etc..

· Will be responsible for other duties as assigned.

**Will be required to travel 75% of the time**

Minimum Requirements

· 3 years of direct clinical care experience (Infusion experience preferred).

· 1 year of managing teams in multiple locations.

· Ability to communicate and collaborate across business teams while being uncompromising in clinical care.

· A process oriented and patient focused nature.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast paced, high pressure environment.


· Must possess a current registered nursing licensure in good, active standing.

· Bachelor's in Nursing or higher
