We are looking for a driven, energetic Business Development Manager to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to bring best in class infusion services to chronic disease patients. You will grow revenue of your centers by developing strong relationships with referring providers and their staff in target markets, developing relationships with key stakeholders in your territory, and identifying and attending community marketing opportunities. Specifically, the Business Development Manager targets and promotes our services to Physicians, Office Managers, Case Managers, and pharmaceutical reps in New Hampshire.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successfully manage territory to meet and exceed sales quotas and objective.
Strategically target and cold call new providers within targeted specialties establishing relationships with providers and their staff to grow the territory, quickly establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor for your clients
Act as a liaison between referring practices and OI Operations teams to ensure physician practices and patients are on-boarded properly and have a positive experience at every encounter with OI
Establish a positive and collaborative working relationship with pharmaceutical reps within the industry and the market
Set up, manage and organize local walks, trade shows and symposiums to increase brand recognition and patient interest
Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports and within deadline as defined by Management.
Maintain a positive attitude and positively affect coworkers
MUST maintain thorough knowledge of company services and drugs available
At time of employment and through duration of employment MUST maintain a current valid
driver's license have an automobile and clean/safe driving record.
Goal-oriented with a track record of sales success.
Ability to learn, comprehend and apply complex information.
Successfully utilize persuasive and clinical selling skills.
Aptitude to identify critical initiatives and meet organizational goals and objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer and software experience; proficiency using Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must be willing to drive to target accounts 2-3 per week. Minimal overnight travel is required
