The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Program/Project Manager position to work directly with Chief Innovation Officer to develop strategy and implement key initiatives. Given the innovation office is new, you will have the opportunity to shape a leading psychiatry department's foray into innovation and digital mental health.
Duties and Responsibilities:

-- Project management working with investigators to develop more modules for Columbia Psychiatry Pathways smartphone application
-- Business development to disseminate Columbia Psychiatry Pathways smartphone application through institutional sales
-- Creating and maintaining dashboard of departmental industry relationships, including outreach to potential collaborators
-- Project management as it relates content creation and maintenance on Columbia Psychiatry InSite, the department's intranet.
-- Project management and coordination for innovation initiatives
-- Taking minutes and following up on action items from key meetings
-- Creating key presentation slides for important meetings
-- Developing progress reports for Innovation Office initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams a must
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Master's degree and experience with technology or website maintenance • Experience writing in HTML and Stylesheets.
In accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health regulations, RFMH employees at NYSPI are required to be vaccinated with at least one dose of vaccine against COVID-19 by Monday, November 1st, 2021, and to be fully vaccinated by December 10, 2021.
