Hours: Tuesday's & Thursday's, 3:20-4:15pm (Nov 2022-April 2023)

Duties:

College mentors (tutors) will spend time each week tutoring a student one-on-one or in small groups in their area of need at Washburn Elementary School or surrounding elementary schools in Bloomington, MN. Tutoring (Reading and Math) is dependent on child's needs and teacher's wishes.

Qualifications:

• Being positive and encouraging to the younger students.
• Tutors must complete a background check through Bloomington Public Schools.
• Must have work-study funds available
• Acceptable background check completed via Bloomington school district
• Attend required orientation
