As a member of the Enterprise Sales Team, Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for selling NUSO business solutions portfolio including VoIP, MS Teams, Zoom, and SIP trunking integrations and other telecommunication services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Generating new sales revenue from business customers.
  • Individual prospecting via phone, identifying opportunities, proposing and closing sales.
  • Managing ongoing sales through implementation of services.
  • Building rapport with business customers through networking and prospecting.
  • Must be an outgoing, persistent, and goal driven individual.
  • Attain Monthly Sales Quota.
  • Continued Education in the Cloud Solution Selling.
  • Funnel Management.
  • Handle daily queries from the field relating to products and services.
  • Conduct sales meetings at development agent offices.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and provide analysis.
  • Proactively provide creative ideas and solutions for products and services.
  • Provide support and high-level customer service to key customer's personnel as directed.
  • Listen to the needs of the field being receptive to innovative solutions, improved business methods, and continually work to qualify opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field, OR equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Enterprise Sales experience required.
  • Experience building and working a funnel of prospects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Appetite to develop new relationships
  • A hunter's mentality
  • Previous experience in telecommunications
  • Understanding of MS Office and CRMs
  • Telecommunications and/or SaaS experience required.
