In this essential full-time dispatching and CSR position, we rely on you to manage large amounts of incoming calls, assess customer needs, and dispatch technicians. Much of your time is spent utilizing your strong customer service skills as you foster strong working relationships with customers through open and transparent communication. When handling customer complaints, you maintain composure and work hard to provide solutions and alternatives that are appropriate and implemented in a timely fashion. Further, you are sure to follow up to make sure resolutions were effective. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you complete a variety of administrative tasks that include keeping records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate, and keeping all customer account documents filed correctly. You follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies and even take the extra mile to engage customers. At the end of the day, you take pride in the role you play on our team and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in successful dispatching operations and fully satisfied customers!


  • Completed high school diploma
  • Prior experience in customer support or client services
  • Excellent dispatching skills
  • Above average phone handling and active listening skills
  • Familiar working with CRM systems and practices

QuickBooks accounting knowledge is a plus. If you can meet these requirements and perform this CSR and dispatching job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
