A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher, you manage large amounts of incoming calls, assess customer needs, and dispatch technicians. Leveraging your customer service skills, you build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts with open and interactive communication. You also handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner. You follow up to ensure resolutions were effective. Maintaining accurate, valid, and complete information, you keep records of customer interactions as well as process customer accounts and file documents. You follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies and even take the extra mile to engage customers. You feel good about using your customer service and dispatch skills to keep our customers happy and to keep our operations running smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer support or client services
- Dispatching skills
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
