JOB SUMMARY

To provide punctual, quality beverage service to the gaming floor patrons in the casino by performing the following duties;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Keeps gaming area clear of all empty glasses and paper cups.
2. Keeps ashtrays in gaming area clean and free from butts.
3. Stock and maintain self-service beverage station.
4. Stock employee soda machine weekly.
5. Assist Bartenders as needed with stocking and changing kegs.
6. Insure guests are drinking responsibly and refuse alcohol service when appropriate.
7. Take and/or deliver food and beverage orders for casino guests.
8. Complete all required set-up duties on time.
9. Collect payment in a courteous and efficient manner.
10. Bring cards, chips, amusement devices, candies, tobacco, and other articles as requested.
11. Deliver telephone and personal messages.
12. Keep station clean at all times.
13. Bus tables as needed.
14. Other duties as assigned.
