This individual will possess exceptional customer service skills and provide support to the Marketing Department assisting with slot tournaments, player accounts, marketing promotions, and welcoming all guests to the casino. If your passion is to work with guests and provide excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity for you! At least six months previous customer service, cash handling, retail or sales experience is preferred.

Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Must also be able to pass a Tribal Gaming Background as well as a 90 day history drug hair follicle test.
