Serves meals to patrons of the Bistro at a high quality level. Providing information, suggestions and quality guest service to ensure the guest enjoy their dining experience.
Brief description of duties:
Serves all guests according to established standards of quality. Responsible for all aspects of the guests dining experience, from selection, service and payment. To clean up and prep for next guest. Adheres to all policies and procedures and laws regarding food service and quality. Must be a strong team player, communicate well with team members, guests and shift managers.
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee occasionally is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Brief description of qualification:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, restaurant service experience; customer service, cash handling related experience preferred.
Class II gaming license issued from the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission, Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit and State of Washington Food Handler's Card.
