The New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) Network has nearly 60 years of experience in helping New Hampshire families plan and pay for higher education.

The NHHEAF Network is growing, and is seeking FT Call Center Associates to join our Call Center team! These positions will be responsible for assisting student loan borrowers by phone with a variety of needs related to their student loans, including processing payments, answering questions, as well as discussing repayment options and providing counseling to help the borrower avoid delinquency and/or default.
Ideal Call Center candidates will have:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume call center
- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and remain calm during conversations with borrowers regarding past due student loan payments.
- Ability to respond to and resolve borrower concerns in a timely, tactful, and professional manner
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Prior experience working in a call center or other fast-paced customer service/collections environment is helpful but not required.
This position is being offered full time. Availability to work between 9am and 6pm is required. Hourly pay rates for these positions start at $15.00/hour. Bi-lingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will be eligible for premium pay.

This position supports a Federal contract that requires applicants to be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance from the U.S. Government. This process will include a criminal and credit background check to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment. US Citizenship may be required for a Public Trust security clearance to be considered.
