Title: Senior Intelligence Operations Analyst Site Lead

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Clearance: TS/SCI

Responsibilities:

  • Site Lead for five Task Orders on the INSCOM Mission Command Center (IMCC) Watch Team
  • The program manager shall also serve as one of the Senior Intelligence Analysts
  • Ensure IMCC Watch Team, IMCC Operations Team, IMCC Requirements and Sourcing Team, IMCC Support Team, and IMCC Future Operations Support Team collaborate to produce quality support and products
  • Synchronize, plan, execute, track, production, data entry, data mining, data management, and analytical support in the IMCC Regional Desk Section of INSCOM global intelligence operations - in coordination with subordinate, adjacent and higher headquarters organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD), Interagency and Coalition partners and the U.S. Intelligence Community
  • Produce and present written and oral briefings daily to CG INSCOM as well as G-3 and INSCOM staff on INSCOM operational products produced and created in the IMCC
  • Administer, monitor and oversee the production of contractor draft products. The site lead shall actively participate in specified meetings, briefings, conference, seminars, progress reviews, etc.
  • Responsible for receipt and distribution of tasks; regular interaction with Government analysts, their managers, and supporting contractors to track progress and anticipate production bottlenecks, coordination of product meetings internal to G3; and related tasks that may be required to ensure the effective conduct of all support activities
  • Coordinate regularly with managers and customers, ensure the Government is fully aware of issues affecting production of G3 Plans and Operations products, and provide status briefings as required
  • Participate in the development and review of plans, programs, policies, and procedures for the execution of activities within IMCC
  • Manage and assess shift change activities to ensure key events and requirements are being documented and completed ICW IMCC SOP. Ensure shift change brief, logs, and EXSUMS are archived after each shift IAW IMCC SOP
  • Analyze, update, and provide recommendations to deconflict IMCC Battle Rhythm to IMCC Staff on a daily basis
  • Ensure each IMCC Section, Cell, Team, or Support Service provides and maintains an updated SOP, Checklist and Battle Rhythm on IMCC Knowledge Enterprise and Battle Binder. Each SOP, checklist, and binder shall be reviewed quarterly jointly by the contractor and Government at the discretion of the COR, or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor
  • Perform quality control functions and make revisions as required IAW IMCC/IMCC SOP or Battle Drill

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in any discipline, and 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level
  • Demonstrated experience producing reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers
  • Demonstrated experience managing research and coordination for projects
  • Experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate warrant officer is preferred
  • Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance
  • MEL 4, WOSSE or SLC/SMA
