As an Enterprise IT Solutions Architect, you will serve as a senior technical representative responsible leading solution design for assigned opportunity capture engagements. This role requires a strong understanding of industry trends, a working competency in both legacy and contemporary technologies used in Federal/Commercial domain, and ability to conceptualize solutions around key customer business needs, goals, and objectives, documenting and conveying differentiated solutions in presentations, white papers, and customer proposals.

  • Manage the solutioning process; perform market analysis, identify opportunities; develop the opportunity/capture plan/work closely with organizational stakeholders to deliver on corporate growth
  • Write comprehensive and thought-provoking content as part of technical solutions for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, sources sought, white papers, marketing materials, etc.; lead teams performing technical solution development and provide clear and concise feedback, suggestions, and improvements to their writings
  • Participate in and develop materials to support customer meetings and decision gate reviews
  • Research and develop technical white papers to communicate capabilities, solve problems, and engage thought leaders on technology solutions
  • Manage the overall and ongoing relationship with customers through proactive, open, responsive and regular communication, and account management
  • Form healthy relationships with stakeholders on all levels, develop a deep understanding of customers' business drivers and needs through regular customer health check meetings, and act as an internal advocate for your customers to make sure they are getting everything they need
  • Determine and prioritize customer and potential customer(s) hot buttons and issues
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical internal teams to ensure customers' technical requirements are addressed
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners to drive joint opportunities
  • Perform market research to include customer preferences, competitive analysis and competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with growth and delivery teams to develop win and price-to-win strategies for specific opportunities


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business/marketing, engineering or computer science) and 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent project management and communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal, intrapersonal), and ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate across all levels of the Company, gaining the confidence and respect of peers
  • A self-starter with strong initiative, excellent attention to detail, ability to think proactively and problem-solve, and a dedication to follow up and follow through with ability to multi-task, shift priorities and meet deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills to manage a high volume of customer interactions
  • Excellent proven mentorship and leadership skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to other U.S. cities to support customer visits
  • Active and current Secret security clearance; Top Secret clearance with the SCI eligibility preferred
  • As a contingency to employment at NetCentrics, all candidates who are given offers must successfully pass a background investigation including criminal history and reference checks

Desired qualifications/skill set:

  • PMP Certification
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification (CISSP)
  • ITIL Certification
