Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Herndon, VA/Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the life-cycle recruiting of candidates for all open positions within NetCentrics
  • Source qualified candidates via several vendor websites and industry specific job fairs, social media using various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates
  • Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company, positions, benefits; negotiate salaries and extend employment offers
  • Screen and evaluate applicant's work history, education, training, skills, and compensation needs to obtain best match for the position
  • Manage the flow of candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle and coordinate interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers
  • Maintain contact with candidates throughout all phases of the hiring process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to establish position requirements in support of company hiring and ensure proper job posting
  • Manage NetCentrics' applicant tracking system (ATS) in accordance with internal practices and governing state/federal laws
  • Develop a qualified pool of candidates for pending proposals and support Business Development team with key personnel

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 3+ years of technical recruiting experience; Bachelor's degree desired, but not required
  • Prior experience sourcing for cleared candidates within the DOD, DHS and/or IC
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high flexibility to change assignments and high volume of requisitions
  • Possess strong organizational, written, oral and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use ATS and MS Office applications; familiarity with ApplicantPro preferred
  • Ability to quickly understand position requirements
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Outgoing personality, demonstrated sense of humor and a positive demeanor
  • Public Trust eligibility
