Title: Project Manager

Location: Arlington, VA

Clearance: TS/SCI

Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership for enterprise information technology efforts, including enterprise application projects
• Plan and oversee the engineering and support of a specific IT area or system
• Coordinate technical aspects of work for the successful completion of a project and/or production
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on Task Orders
• Prepare and utilize project plans for significant IT engineering, enhancement and maintenance efforts
• Lead a technical team through project engineering phases: analysis, engineering, implementation, deployment and production
• Establish goals and provide regular feedback to team members
• Act as a liaison for the technical team to management including government senior leaders
• Communicate regularly with internal and external customers
• Supervise staff and performs related responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline; or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience working in a technically complex information technology environment
• Experience with war fighting reporting systems equipping the force, causalities, planning, logistics, Continuity of Operations (COOP)
• Experience working on teams with CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Development and Level 2 for Services
• Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
• Active TS/SCI security clearance or TS with SCI eligibility
