Noodle Maker

Description: The Noodle Maker is responsible for making fresh udon, ramen and other fresh noodles for the restaurant.

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Culinary experience is not required
• Eager to learn new things
• Has a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in their work
• Displays a positive and professional attitude while at work
• Is willing to assist co-workers when needed
• Adheres to the company Handbook and Guiding Principals
• Attends and participates in pre-shifts regularly
• Adheres and maintains Health & Safety standards

Performance Expectations:

• Adheres to and updates recipe books as needed
• Adheres to the Department of Health regulations regarding Food Safety and Sanitation
• Follows the Safety requirements while working on the Noodle Machine
