The Assistant Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for assisting in the creative and innovative aspect of each Hui dessert menus, managing the Bakeshop in all aspects of food production and execution, and training and leading the Head Bakers while maintaining the Bakeshop vision set by the Executive Pastry Chef and company.

• Communicates with Pastry Chef on any discrepancies or shortages of labor, products, menu items and tools.
