• Communicates Aloha in person and over the phone
• Has good problem solving skills
• Is able to pass and practice the TiPS training course
• Is able to pass and practice Basic Food Safety course

• Answers the phone with a smile and takes to-go orders as needed
• Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Can communicate effectively to both customers and co-workers during busy periods
• Coordinates delivery of food to guests maintaining and communicating for accuracy of orders/sequence and our standards
• Communicates to supervisors when help is needed to maintain customer service
• Is knowledgeable of the menu and able to answer guests questions
• Helps servers bus tables as needed
• Positively responds to requests for assistance from co-workers and guests
• Remains within viewing of the food window throughout shift
• Is able to prioritize hot food delivery over all else
• Takes initiative to help in any area of the restaurant when slow
