A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER
As a property Housekeeper you clean office, recreational rooms, laundry facilities, models, and office restrooms daily. You clean all vacant units and complete a cleaning checklist on each unit. You maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand and notify the maintenance supervisor of items to order. Cleaning responsibilities may include groundskeeping and trash removal. You assist in inspecting and maintaining the property, buildings, and equipment in an attractive, safe, and quality condition. You assist in ensuring that the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive. Safety is your priority. As such you report safety hazards to the maintenance supervisor and assist in correcting them on a timely basis. You take pride in the great condition and attractive appearance of the grounds, buildings, and units.
- Ability to be available to work as scheduled and as necessary
- One year of experience housekeeping in property management or similar position
