The Flooring Installer/Carpenter is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant flooring project. Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Conducts a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties. Follows established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.

Duties:

Roberta Health Care will begin a major flooring project that involves the entire facility. Project includes replacement of subfloor, framing of structural issues discovered, and installation of LVT and quarter round.

Education:

• High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required.

Experience:

• One year of experience in carpentry and flooring install, supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
• Must have valid driver's license, good driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:
