Midland University is seeking a dynamic and innovative full-time faculty member to teach business intelligence & technology.
Primary teaching responsibilities include a variety of courses in at least two of the following specialty areas: Programming/Code, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, and/or Data Analytics.
Lead the development and delivery of relevant outcomes-based technology curriculum based on market demands
Partners across the university on student recruiting, retention, and graduation.
Measure and analyze program outcomes for continuous improvement.
Innovative teaching using high impact practices
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of a Master's degree in relevant field; doctorate preferred
Relevant practical experience
Demonstrated excellence in teaching/instruction
Agility and flexibility to adapt to marketplace and academic innovations
Passion for developing students as professionals
Evidence of innovative thinking and action
