ADDIUM Is Excited To Announce, We're In Search of a Sales Enablement Specialist (SES)

We need someone with a strong understanding of the design principles for both print and web media, with a great foundational understanding of business and marketing strategies. You will join our rapidly growing sales and marketing team, focused on winning business across our global sales teams. To be successful in our role of Sales Enablement Specialist you'll need to build and execute a Sales Enablement strategy to help us convert more opportunities, as well as create content specific to the Sales team. This is a remote and/or work from home position.

Technical Skills Preferred

Adobe: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.


  • Develop and lead sales enablement strategy, including but not limited to sales training and coaching, developing and evaluating sales messaging, measuring the efficacy of training to deliver bottom line results.
  • Use Graphic Design skills to create messaging to be used in customer engagement, working alongside cross-functional teams such as sales enablement, product marketing, operations, sales, and business development.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize sales enablement resources based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Act as liaison between the sales, marketing and product teams.
  • Create content specific to the sales team.
  • Train sales reps on how to use sales enablement content.
  • Organize and optimize sales enablement content.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback.


  • Prior experience helping sales with maintaining sales assets in High spots
  • Prior experience creating sales assets
  • strong understanding of the design principles for both print and web media
  • foundational understanding of business and marketing strategies
  • Associate Arts degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor of Arts preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year of direct, field-based client engagement experience, either as a 'front line seller' or as a 'front line customer service/ technical support specialist; or a mix.
  • Facilitation experience: A minimum of 18 months in the last 3 years of facilitating major sales enablement & onboarding programs, ideally within the context of major change initiatives. This would include supporting Field personnel and their leaders in adopting sales processes/methods as a core part of changing roles
  • At least 2 years of classroom and/or web-based training/workshop delivery experience (in addition to sales experience) to audiences including Client Success Specialists, Sales Managers, and/or Account Executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including, but not limited to, advanced facilitation and presentation skills.
