Responsibilities
In this role, the Key Account Manager, IDN will:
- Establish, develop and support Lucira's growth within the strategic healthcare Integrated Delivery Network Hospital systems
- Become an expert in Lucira's commercial operations, sales processes, diagnostic testing, and build high-performing relationships with IDN health systems
- Collaborate with the Lucira Healthcare Team to drive sales in the acute healthcare setting across the IDN Continuum of Care
- Identify and create strategic opportunities in key strategic accounts and maximize programs with the principal distributor where applicable
- Architect and implement use case opportunities for the Lucira Health products in key strategic integrated delivery network health systems
- Lead selling efforts and strategy with key national and regional IDN health systems
- Create and communicate the IDN selling strategy in conjunction with sales leadership
- Develop a strategy to drive growth through collaboration with sales leadership
- Identify, develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships; ensure key contacts are maintained throughout the sales process and post-sale activities
- Identify and develop clinical reference champions
- Identify and execute opportunities across IDN continuum of care
- Assess relevant markets to identify business opportunities, as well as, appropriate products and services
- Conduct business reviews on a quarterly basis with key accounts
- Develop quarterly business plans for the assigned region, including detailed sales forecasting
- Assist in the operation of trade shows, conventions, supplier sales meetings, and/or clinical meetings
- Keep Sr. Sales Director informed of progress in the respective markets
- Submit accurate, timely, and complete data to support forecasts, funnel management, expense reports, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of work experience, medical device/diagnostic sales preferred
- Able to routinely negotiate price and contracting terms
- Extensive contacts at hospital executive level
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience launching new products to market
- Demonstrated excellence in presentation creation and delivery skills
- Proven ability to analyze sales data from a variety of sources
- Proven ability to develop strategies that drive and contribute to overall business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external long-term customer relationships
